Create Your Account

What You'll Need:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number with country code (for WhatsApp communication)
Country
Secure password (minimum 8 characters with at least one letter and one number)
Your current Portuguese level
Native language
Learning goals

Tip: Your timezone will be automatically detected, but you can change it if needed. This ensures lesson times are displayed correctly for you.

Choose Your Lesson Package

Tip: Lessons are 25 minutes long!

Place Your Order

Do this:

Make sure you're logged in
Go to checkout
Review your selected lesson package and total price
Click Place Order

Note: Your teacher will receive an instant email notification about your order and your order will show as "Pending Payment" until payment is confirmed. Don't worry - you'll receive payment instructions from your teacher via email within 24 hours!

Receive Payment Instructions

Check your email - you will receive payment details within 24 hours
Make payment - bank transfer using the IBAN / SWIFT provided
Include the payment reference number and name - it is very important
Send proof of payment / screenshot via email

CRITICAL:

Your teacher will confirm payment via email and activate your lesson package 🎉

Bank transfers typically process within 1-3 business days

Schedule Your Lessons

How to Book:

Check for payment confirmation
Log into your account and go to your Profile
Click on the My Lessons tab
Click Schedule More Lessons or Schedule Your First Lesson
Click on a date on the calendar to see time slots (white days are available)
Pick one or more time slots
Click Book Lessons to confirm

Tips:

Lesson Times are shown in your local time zone.

Need to reschedule or cancel? You can do so anytime from your profile page.

Go to Profile

Attend Your Lesson

Go to your Profile and click on the My Lessons tab
Look for your upcoming lesson and click the Join Meeting button to join
Join 2-3 minutes early to test your audio and camera
Each lesson is 25 minutes long
Ask questions and get immediate feedback
To review past lessons, go to My Lessons to see notes

Tips:

Headphones help reduce echo and improve sound quality
Choose a quiet space
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
If you don't see a Google Meet link, contact your teacher / support
Practice what you learned before your next lesson

Track Your Progress

Use your profile dashboard to manage everything - from personal information to lesson history. Everything you need is in one convenient place!

Profile Dashboard Tabs:

Profile Information: Update your name, phone, country, and timezone
Learning Preferences: Update your Portuguese level, native language and learning goals
Lesson Package Purchase: View all your purchased packages, view expiration dates and repurchase a package
My Lessons: View all scheduled and completed lessons, access Google Meet links, and review teacher notes and homework
Security: Change your password securely

Tip: You can reschedule or cancel lessons anytime from the "My Lessons" section.
